Separate the eggs, rub the yolk with the lightly poured oil.

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar and vanilla sugar, mixing well until melted.

Separately mix the flour with the baking powder.

Pour the yolks and flour "in the rain" over the egg white foam.

Divide the composition into two equal parts and add a tablespoon of cocoa in one of them.

Grease the pan with oil and line it with flour, put the composition, put it in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. over moderate heat.

We repeat the baking with the second worktop.

Put the gelatin soaked in 100 ml of water, 10 minutes while we prepare the fruit cream.

Blackberries are mixed with 150 gr. sugar and vanilla sugar sachet, and pass in a blender.

Put the gelatin on a low heat (or steam bath) and keep it melted until close to boiling point, then pour it thinly over the fruit paste, stirring constantly.

Everything is incorporated into whipped cream.

The "Duo" cake, without baking, is simply irresistible

Ingredient:One and a half kilograms of simple Petit Beurre vanilla biscuits, 150 ml instant coffee, 50 g chocolate for shaving on top
Ingredients for chocolate cream:600 ml natural whipped cream min 30% fat, 600 g chocolate with 30-40% cocoa, 100 g fat butter with at least 80% fat
Ingredients for vanilla cream:a liter of milk, 200 gr sugar, 2 egg yolks, 10 tablespoons starch, 100 gr butter, a vial of vanilla essence, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt

Method of preparation.Preparation for chocolate cream:For starters you need a roomy non-stick pan. Boil the liquid natural whipped cream over medium heat and stir in it from time to time. When the whipped cream starts to boil, the fire stops. The chocolate is broken into small pieces. Add the pieces of chocolate in hot cream so that the pieces of chocolate are perfectly covered with liquid. Leave it covered in the pot without stirring for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes with the help of a whisk, lightly mix the composition. As the chocolate melts and the mixture is homogenized, it will change its color and consistency, becoming slightly creamy and turning a dark brown color. After mixing well and making sure that the pieces of unmelted chocolate do not remain in the composition, add the diced butter. Homogenize the composition well, let it cool and then put it in the freezer for about 1 hour. If you want to flavor the cream with different aromas of vanilla, rum you can add them over the cooled cream. the chocolate gnache must be very well cooled before beating it. The ganache cream should be mixed for about 2-3 minutes at high speed to become airy and creamy. If it is not mixed we will have a sticky cream. After 2-3 minutes of mixing, the cream will double in volume and lighten in color. The cream in the composition of the cream helped it to be aerated with the mixing. Do not mix it too much because it risks being cut.

How to prepare the cream of vanilla : Put the cold milk in a pot. Over it add sugar, starch, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and then the two yolks (beaten with a fork). Mix the ingredients well and bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the cream from sticking. After the cream thickens, allow to cool. Mix the butter separately until it foams, then gradually add the cooled cream, vanilla essence and mix well.

Assembling the cake
A food foil is placed in a tray with removable walls, measuring 24x30 cm. In it, the first layer of biscuits is placed next to each other. The biscuits before pass very quickly through the coffee. If you hold them too long, they will soften too badly from cream and coffee. A layer of vanilla cream is spread over the biscuits placed in the tray. Place a new row of biscuits over the cream.

Spread a thick layer of chocolate cream evenly over the second layer of biscuit and cover with a new layer of biscuits passed through the coffee. Spread the rest of the vanilla cream evenly over the last layer of biscuit. Grate with a chocolate grater and cool the cake overnight. The next day it can be portioned and served.

Punch cake

First countertop: Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until a hard foam is obtained. Add sugar, egg yolks, oil and cold water. Beat further until the composition is homogeneous, then pour into a cake mold of 23 diameters. When it is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool

Second countertop: Repeat the above procedure. Leave it to cool. When it has cooled, cut it into slices and then into 1 cm cubes. Some of them crumble. This is the basis for the structure. The countertop pieces are divided into two bowls. In one bowl pour the apricot jam, in the other bowl the blackberry jam, or any other jam. Add syrup, as needed, depending on how fluid the jam is. The idea is to remove two shades of filling. For this, apart from jams of different colors, the syrup must be of different shades. I used the same kind of syrup from water, sugar and vanilla essence. Don't forget the rum (rum is not the essence), as it also gives it the name punch. Then add chopped walnuts and raisins (previously soaked), divided evenly in both bowls.

The first top is cut in half and we place it in the shape (tray). We don't need to syrup to draw syrup from the filling. Add the first apricot filling and press it towards the side edges. In the center we add the one with blackberry jam. Press, level and close with the second half of the worktop. If you have two shades of filling, when you cut the cake it will look beautiful. Cover with foil and let cool. For decoration, use homemade sherbet or bought from the supermarket. The sherbet is hard, so it melts on a bain-marie with 120 gr butter. It spreads on the cake as fast as possible, it hardens quickly and no longer looks.

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

just pay attention to the thickness of the layers! that's the only secret!

Rodica 9 years ago - October 20, 2008 22:58

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

the cake turned out very tasty, but with such an amount of ingredients for the countertop, the thickness of 1 finger was not received at all.
The husband liked it very much, especially because the amount of apples exceeds the amount of dough.
Thank you very much

angela 9 years ago - 21 October 2008 23:54

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

and my husband prefers to have more apples than dough!

Ioana 9 years ago - October 22, 2008 10:24

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

good that it turned out good and tasty and especially that you liked it.

I think I have too thin fingers, next time I check exactly how many cm the layer has to be more accurate network. but I insisted on the thickness because many make the cake with these quantities in a small tray, the layers come out too low and are not made, there is dust in the middle and it's a bit unpleasant.

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

Radu joins Angela's husband, Dani, and tells her that you will not be disappointed by the cake, and you will feel their tops more creamy than as a dough from all apple cakes, she prefers this at any time.

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

this week we have a guest (man), this cake was not on the menu do you think it would be ok? I thought of preparing more sophisticated things. but maybe not

angela 9 years ago - 27 October 2008 15:49

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

From my own experience, men like simple sweets! Too sophisticated things scare them, if they stay with you longer, I say that for the beginning you can make a simpler dessert. and plate the apple pie.

Ioana 9 years ago - 27 October 2008 16:34

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

OK. to see, do you think I have emotions? I keep changing the menu for a few hours, because I don't even want to spend an eternity in the kitchen, I like to sit with my guests, not to bake and boil.

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

let me tell you what with quinces. My child has heart problems and I read somewhere that they are good for Cardiac

Ioana 9 years ago - 30 October 2008 15:36

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

Oh my God, how old is he?

I think you better give it raw quinces or quince juice if it is small and has no quince teeth I think if you heat them many components that have a beneficial effect are destroyed. I think the most effective is like that, or you just bake them a little enough to soften

here's something about hawthorn, which is said to be good for heart disease: [link], _% E2% 80% 9Cpaznicul% E2% 80% 9D_inimii_1003403.htm

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

Ioana, this cake is very good! I found it on a blog some time ago, only with the difference that in the mixture of powders (sugar, flour, semolina) a teaspoon of baking powder is added!
In addition, burn 200 g of butter (I prefer it) or margarine and walnuts!
The butter is divided into three and evenly distributed on the surface of the tray under the first layer of powder, then the apples (half the amount) the second layer of powder again the pieces of butter, the last layer of apples then the last pieces of butter and chopped walnuts (not ground ) in abundance | (about 200-250g)!
It's crazy.

Ioana 8 years ago - 10 April 2009 18:28

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

I agree, it's very good, I've had it for years, I think from the kitchen, if I remember correctly, it was a hit every time I did it. I haven't tried butter, my layers are made on top of apples

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

But does the countertop mix with water?

Ioana 8 years ago - April 23, 2009 15:11

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

NO, I didn't add water to the ingredients, so don't put it on. that's why I said "dust" when I referred to the countertop.

the "dust" will bake in the juice left by the apples. use juicy apples, not hard ones.

carmen 8 years ago - 6 May 2009 15:59

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

the cake looks good but to be honest I'm afraid to try it, I'll explain how the flour is finally made in the oven, how does it come out? lard and I can't find it here. but anyway I think I'll try this recipe. BRAVO.

Ioana 8 years ago - 6 May 2009 16:41

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

to imagine that the inner layers look like a semolina pudding and the bottom one becomes more crispy, so when it's cold if you cut the cake into pieces you can take it by the hand
the apples must be juicy so that the layers of dust are made in their juice

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

Your cake turned out good, but I think that next time I reduce the amount of flour a little and keep it in the oven for 5-10 minutes longer so that it becomes crispier on the bottom. On the first day I had the feeling that the flour was not baked enough. It tasted slightly bitter. The next day, his taste seemed to disappear. I noticed that it is tastier the next day or even on the third day (if it lasts until then) It lasted for me because Radu is not a big fan of cakes that do not contain chocolate. He also woke up wanting only on the third day when there were a few more slices. But she said she was good

I am an apple consumer but also a producer helping my parents with a blog in which to present the apples we grow [link] my advice since I am a student a little further from home I also consume apples from the store having the chance to compare a Romanian apple with one imported, the imported one gains in appearance but the Romanian apple gains the taste and this can be seen in a compote, an apple cake or in a simple snack. I wish you good luck and I invite you to the blog [link]

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

the cake is very good, but it can be improved with baking powder and some raisins. If you want it to be a higher cake (if you use the tray version) you can cut the cake in two place the other half on top, then cover everything with vanilla pudding or whipped cream. Worth a try, you won't be sorry, that's an idea too!

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

after assembling the cake as shown, let the tray sit for about 15-20 minutes, during which time the apple juice will syrup the tops well, otherwise you risk burning the first top. Otherwise the cake is very good and if you mix all the ingredients with then the grated apples are simply baked, the goodness of the cake also depends on the way you know how to flavor it, I also put the lemon peel cut into small cubes and I also add a few chopped walnuts, I assure you that something good comes out. arsineta

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

very good. today I found it I think. 15 years. I promise to surprise my husband to see if he's glad I remembered her. I also confirm that it is better the next day when the flavors are set. use a baking tray not the one on the stove because it is too big. good appetite

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

It's the recipe of my childhood. I thought you didn't know the recipe. It's my and my teenager's favorite apple cake.
My mother's recipe has butter and eggs in the composition.
I'm writing you a recipe:
1 cup and 1/2 sugar = 300 gr
1 cup and 1/2 flour
1 gray cane = 200gr
1 baking powder
2 kg of apples
1/2 packet of butter
3 eggs
Mix well the flour, semolina, baking powder and 1/2 of the amount of sugar. Grate the apples and mix with the rest of the sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Melt the butter in the pan. Place a layer of powder, a layer of apples, and a layer of powder and then a layer of apples.
Whisk the egg whites, add the yolks and pour over the final layer of mre. Put in the oven.
It's delicious cold.

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

I tried it, it's great, but if you put flakes (pieces) of margarine or butter on the bottom of the tray, it's something indescribable

Re: Quick apple cake (without counter)

very good. I've been doing it for 30 years but put it my dears, butter on the bottom of the tray and between layers. but I used to put the same amount of dust on top. that is, a cup of oil dripped over the last layer of dust. never fail. I'm doing it now.

Prajitura cu mure si blat duo - Rețete

TORT DUO MOUSSE cu MURE SI IAURT CU BANANE

Un tort dulce-acrișor
Cu două mousse-uri și crocant decor
Pentru Haplea junior
Care împlinește jumătate de-anișor!

INGREDIENTS for the countertop

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 gr butter
  • 120 gr zahar
  • 100 gr ciocolata dark (peste 50% cacao)
  • 80 gr flour
  • ½ plic praf de copt

pentru mousse-ul de mure

pentru mouss-ul de iaurt si banane

  • 350 gr iaurt gras
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 1 plic gelatina
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

pentru glazura

PLAN DE LUCRU tort duo mousse

  11. in centru am folosit napolitane in cioclata, kinder bueno si mure.
