A recipe as easy as it is tasty!
- 5-6 peppers
- vinegar to taste
- salt to taste
- olive oil
- 2-3 pieces of garlic

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked pepper salad:
We wash and wipe the peppers and then bake them on the grill. Do not leave them too long because they will burn and you will not be able to peel them! When they are ready, we clean them and rinse them a little with water and let them drain. Peel and cut the garlic into thin slices and put in a bowl, add the whole peppers, add salt, vinegar and oil until halfway through the bowl, until the peppers are covered.
Being in enough oil with vinegar, they can be kept in the fridge for a few good weeks!
