Bruschettas with tomatoes and leurda

They are very easy to make and delicious.

  • 4 slices of bread;
  • oil;
  • salt, pepper, dill and rosemary;
  • grated cheese (100gr);
  • 2 suitable tomatoes;
  • 1/2 tie of leurda.

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Bruschettas with tomatoes and leurda:


Turn on the oven at the right temperature (around 160 degrees).

Place slices of bread in the pan. Grease (or sprinkle) slices of bread with oil. Season with salt, pepper and dill.

Sprinkle grated cheese and put the tray in the hot oven until the cheese melts and the bread is browned.

Remove them hot from the oven, add diced tomatoes and slices of leurda on bruschetta, if you want, sprinkle and dry rosemary and then serve.
