Childhood dessert!
It does not excel in terms of appearance / presentation, but the taste is wonderful!

  • 2 packets of biscuits

Cream:

  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 175 g sugar (6 tablespoons)
  • 75 g butter
  • 350 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons grated flour
  • free (rum, vanilla)

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Biscuit cake:

We put 200 ml of milk in total in a bowl over low heat together with the essences.

Mix the eggs with the sugar and then add the flour and the rest of the milk gradually. Mix well.

Pour the composition lightly over the hot milk and leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then take the bowl off the heat and add the chopped butter and chocolate, stirring until incorporated.

Wallpaper a form with plastic wrap and start with a layer of cream, a layer of biscuits, etc., until the cream is finished.

Finish with a layer of biscuits. Let it cool for a few hours.
