- 1 large onion,

RECIPE PREPARATION Vegetable soup:
We wash the vegetables. Cut the onion, pepper, carrots, celery and parsley into cubes or slices. Heat the vegetables in a tablespoon of oil. After they have softened a little, add the ribs cut into slices and enough water to cover them. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and let it boil, when the meat is almost cooked, add the cauliflower bunches and the borscht to taste. Let it boil for a few more minutes, until the cauliflower is cooked and turn off the heat. Add the finely chopped green parsley and serve with sour cream and hot pepper. Good appetite !!
