Preheat the oven to 180C and cover a tray that is not too big (the worktop must rise high).


Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar + the vanilla, and when the consistency becomes shiny, add the yolks and the vanilla essence. Flour is added in the rain. Pour into the pan and keep in the oven until it passes the toothpick test (30-40min).


The envelopes of Creme Ole mix well with the milk (I didn't put exactly how much milk I needed because I wanted a thicker cream), then add the raspberries.

Chocolate glaze:

Melt the chocolate with the oil in a bain-marie, then leave to cool.


Half the amount of powdered sugar is mixed with butter, then add the 2 tablespoons of milk and the rest of the sugar. Mix well until creamy.

When the countertop has cooled, cut it in half and fill it with cream.

From now on, the imagination of every chef enters the scene! :) Cut the countertop so that the end result is a train :) I got a healthy locomotive, 3 good wagons + the rest that my father ate without cracking.

I covered the top with icing / frosting as it cut my head :) colored to be: D

And I had a lot of fun decorating it with candy, coconut and jellies.
